I came into this job during the White Book, when work rules were imposed on us instead of negotiated with us. That experience taught me something I've never forgotten: a union is never one person. I'm running for Southwest Regional Vice President to be the voice of Southwest members at the NEB. I know how to collaborate, and I also know when it's time to hold the line and not take a step backwards. I won't shy away from a fight when our members need someone in their corner.
