Refund and Order Policy
Effective date: October 3, 2026
This Refund and Order Policy applies to merchandise purchased through www.s4sw.org from the campaign for Andreas Sanchez for NATCA Southwest Region Vice President (the “Campaign”). It should be read together with the Campaign’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Request and Deletion Policy.
1. Voluntary purchases and donations
Merchandise purchases and donations are voluntary and are treated separately.
A merchandise purchase is not a donation unless the Campaign expressly identifies it as a donation. A donation is not a merchandise purchase and does not entitle the donor to merchandise, a refund, or any particular Campaign action or benefit.
Except where the Campaign made an error or applicable law requires otherwise, donations are not refundable. Any refund of a donation will be reduced by the applicable nonrefundable payment-processing fee, unless applicable law requires the fee to be refunded or the Campaign elects otherwise. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, contact alex@s4sw.org promptly and include the transaction date, amount, and available confirmation information. Do not send full payment-card numbers or bank-account credentials.
2. When the Campaign provides a refund
Refunds are available only for the reasons listed in this Policy, which are cases where the Campaign made a mistake or an item arrived damaged. Refunds for damaged items are allowed only if reported within 14 days after delivery. Refund-eligible reasons include when:
The Campaign sent an item different from the item ordered;
The Campaign sent an incorrect quantity;
The item was damaged or materially defective when received because of a fulfillment, manufacturing, or shipping error (reported within 14 days after delivery); or
The Campaign charged an amount that was not authorized by the order.
The Campaign may request photographs, order information, or other reasonable information to verify the issue.
If the Campaign confirms that it made a mistake, it may, at its discretion:
Send the correct item;
Replace the affected item;
Refund the purchase price of the affected item;
Refund applicable shipping charges associated with the Campaign’s mistake (which does not necessarily include the payment-processing fee); or
Provide another appropriate resolution.
When the Campaign issues an eligible merchandise refund, it will refund the applicable merchandise price and any refundable shipping charges or taxes. The refund amount will be reduced by the applicable nonrefundable payment-processing fee charged in connection with the transaction, unless applicable law requires the fee to be refunded or the Campaign elects otherwise. The Campaign will retain the Stripe or other payment-processor processing fee only to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed before checkout. Any refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. The amount and timing of the refund depend on the payment processor and the financial institution.
3. Circumstances not eligible for a refund
Except where the Campaign made a mistake or applicable law requires otherwise, the Campaign does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements for:
Incorrect size selected by the customer;
Incorrect color, style, or other product option selected by the customer;
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse;
Failure to review the product description, size information, or order details before checkout;
Normal differences in color or appearance caused by a screen or device;
Normal wear, misuse, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery;
Delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after the order has been tendered to the carrier;
Failure to receive an order because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address; or
A customer’s failure to accept or retrieve a package.
The Campaign does not guarantee that a particular item will fit or that a product’s appearance will exactly match an image displayed on a screen.
4. Fulfillment and separate shipments
Some merchandise is fulfilled by the Campaign, and other merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment company. Orders containing items from different fulfillment sources may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
The Campaign may share the information reasonably necessary with the applicable fulfillment or shipping provider to process and deliver an order. The Campaign’s collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Processing and shipping times
The Campaign’s ordinary processing and shipping time before an order is transferred to the carrier is approximately 5–7 days. After an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery time depends on the carrier’s service, routing, operating conditions, and other circumstances outside the Campaign’s control.
The 5–7-day period is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first and then contact alex@s4sw.org with your order number. The Campaign will review the circumstances but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for a package lost after transfer to the carrier.
6. Address changes
The Campaign may correct a shipping address before the item ships.
To request an address correction, email alex@s4sw.org as soon as possible with the subject line “Address Correction” and include:
Your order number;
The customer name;
The incorrect address; and
The complete corrected address.
The Campaign cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment processing begins or after the item has shipped. An address correction may not be possible for an item fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment company after that company has begun processing the order.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is shipped to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer, the Campaign is not required to refund or reship the order.
7. Order cancellations
The Campaign may cancel an order before the item ships.
To request cancellation, email alex@s4sw.org as soon as possible with the subject line “Order Cancellation” and include the order number and customer name.
A cancellation request is not effective until the Campaign confirms it. The Campaign cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment processing begins or after the item has shipped. If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, the Campaign will generally refund the canceled merchandise charge to the original payment method, reduced by the applicable nonrefundable payment-processing fee unless applicable law requires the fee to be refunded or the Campaign elects otherwise. The amount and timing of the refund depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
8. Incorrect, defective, or damaged items
Refunds for damaged items are allowed within 14 days after delivery, and only for the reasons listed in Section 2. If the Campaign made a mistake or an item arrived damaged, contact alex@s4sw.org within 14 days after delivery with the subject line “Order Problem.” Include:
Your order number;
A description of the problem;
The item received; and
Photographs, if reasonably available.
For damage caused during shipping, retain the packaging and photographs until the matter is resolved. The Campaign may coordinate with the applicable fulfillment or shipping provider.
The Campaign will review the report and determine whether the issue resulted from a Campaign, fulfillment, manufacturing, or shipping error. If the Campaign confirms an eligible error, it will provide the resolution described in Section 2. Any refund will be reduced by the applicable nonrefundable payment-processing fee unless applicable law requires the fee to be refunded or the Campaign elects otherwise.
9. Taxes and shipping charges
The Campaign may collect sales tax on taxable merchandise transactions as required by applicable Texas law and the Campaign’s tax obligations. The amount of tax, if any, will be shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed before the order is submitted.
The Campaign does not charge sales tax on donations or shipping charges, to the extent consistent with applicable law and the Campaign’s tax obligations. Tax treatment may depend on the transaction and applicable law.
Shipping charges, if any, are separate from the merchandise price and will be disclosed before checkout. Except when the Campaign made a fulfillment or shipping mistake, shipping charges are not refundable.
10. Payment processing
Stripe or another identified payment processor processes payment information. The Campaign does not store full payment-card numbers, bank-account numbers, or payment-security codes in its own systems, to the extent that accurately describes the actual payment flow.
Payment processing may also be governed by the processor’s terms and privacy materials. The Campaign may receive transaction information such as the order amount, transaction date, order status, refund status, shipping information, and limited payment-related identifiers.
11. How to contact the Campaign
Questions about an order, cancellation, address correction, or refund should be sent to:
Sanchez for Southwest Campaign Email: alex@s4sw.org Website: www.s4sw.org
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
12. Changes and applicable rights
The Campaign may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the website and changing the effective date. Nothing in this Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
